Ms. Paulomi Dhawan Managing Trustee & Chairperson

Paulomi Dhawan is a brand builder, media marketing communications advisor and social impact strategist. With 40 years of media, marketing and brand communications experience, she has played an integral role in shaping the brand equity of many leading Indian brands. Paulomi was the President of Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Queen’s Necklace (2017-18). Paulomi is Independent Director on the Boards of DB Corp (Dainik Bhaskar group), Mukta Arts, Whistling Woods International, Mukta A2 Cinemas, Indian Society of Advertisers and the NGOs SHED and Make-A-Wish India. At MAW, bringing a smile on every eligible child's face is her dream.

Narendra Ambwani
Trustee

Narendra Ambwani had a career of 34 years with Johnson & Johnson, out of which 20 years as Managing Director. Currently, he serves on the boards of Godrej Consumer Products, Agro. Tech. Foods, Parag Milk Foods, RPG Life sciences, Disney UTV (till recently) and Indian Society of Advertisers. He also mentors and guides CXO level leaders, by helping them improve their professional skills to successfully handle their multiple challenges. Narendra is a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and Postgraduate in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. Narendra brings with him outstanding marketing and general management experience to the board and mentoring engagements.

Surya Phadke
Trustee

Surya Phadke is the Managing Partner at Somras Ventures- A multi-disciplinary fund focused on deep-tech innovations to help mankind. An alumnus of INSEAD, The Wharton School and BITS-Pilani, he brings a diverse skill set to the board of Make-a-Wish India. He aims to use his financial and operational skills to aid the organization in growing the number of annual wishes.

Noshir H. Dadrawala
Trustee

Noshir H. Dadrawala is CEO, Centre for Advancement of Philanthropy (CAP) through which he has been building capacity of the voluntary sector and offering compliance related advisory to nonprofits and corporate social initiatives. His current international affiliation includes serving as member on the advisory board of the International Centre for Not-for-profit Law (ICNL). He also serves as trustee of several other nonprofits in India. Noshir has authored several resource books and is currently an active Blogger on compliance related issues for NPOs. He is also a speaker at many local and international conferences and guest faculty at leading business schools.

Ridhima Lulla
Trustee

Ridhima Lulla is a multifaceted businesswoman and story-teller, known for her valuable contributions to both the corporate and creative spheres. She is the driving force behind orchestrating innovation and creativity at Eros Investments Group, one of the media & entertainment industry’s most prominent entities. Ridhima serves as a dedicated board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation India, where her passion and care for helping the community and bringing people together comes to reality. She studied business in London and holds diplomas in filmmaking, production, and writing from prestigious institutions including UCLA, New York Film Academy, and the London Film School.

Vinati Saraf Mutreja
Trustee

Vinati Saraf Mutreja is the MD & CEO of Vinati Organics Limited. She has been with Vinati Organics Limited since 2006 and is passionate about clean & green chemistry. She holds a dual degree – Bachelors of Science in Economics (Finance) from The Wharton School and Bachelors in Applied Science from the School of Engineering (University of Pennsylvania) and has completed the Owner/President Management program from Harvard Business School. She is named in the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leader’s list and was also listed “India’s Top 40 under 40” by Economic Times. She was also featured in Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen list of 2020.

Siddhaant Mohta
Trustee

Siddhaant studied International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He has been a Consultant with Dentons, the largest law firm in the world since 2013, handling their Indian origin business. Siddhaant co-founded DOOT, an Artificial Intelligence & blockchain start-up in the digital identity management space. He is a partner, director or investor in a number of deep tech, consulting, lifestyle and healthcare ventures. Siddhaant is a Director of Allsport Foundation, an NGO focused on the development of sporting capabilities amongst underprivileged communities in India. He has been on the ‘Next Generation’ committee of the Consortium for Street Children, volunteered with the UK chapter of the educational NGO Pratham, with the Delhi based NGO Routes 2 Root.

Jamshed Daboo
Trustee

Jamshed is currently an Independent Advisor in the consumer, retail and hospitality space. He is a partner at TenX2, an accelerator firm working with companies in the UN sustainability goals space. Jamshed has had a distinguished career with the Tata Group spanning nearly thirty-four years in the consumer, brand, hospitality and retail space. He has over twenty-two years of experience in heading profit centres and businesses namely, Tata Quality Management Services - a division of Tata Sons, Chief Operating Officer at the Taj Group of Hotels, heading the Consumer Finance and Advisory Business at Tata Capital, and Managing Director at Trent Hypermarket Private Ltd- A Tata and Tesco enterprise.

Rajat Jain
Trustee

An IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad Alum, Rajat Jain is a Founder Director of PadUp Ventures, a Knowledge and Mentoring Platform, focusing on providing deep mentoring and incubation services to early-stage tech startups. After a 30-year career in Corporate India in leadership roles, Rajat is now a Non- Executive Independent Director on several Boards and Advisory Boards including Fino Payments Bank, Droom Technologies, Mahindra Holidays, Intelligent Resource Group, part of the 1Bn GBP UK group RSG and Zydex Industries (Advisory Board). Apart from this, his key work areas include mentoring enterpreneurs and executives alike as an angel investor & a startup mentor.
