CORPORATE GIVING/CSR

We have an ambitious vision – to grant the wish of every eligible child – and we have a long way to go in achieving it.

Make-A-Wish Foundation of India’s programme qualifies as “Specified CSR Activity” under clause (i) of Schedule VII of the Indian Companies Act 2013 (i.e., promoting health care including preventive health care) and under clause (iii) Education. Our programme is measurable and scalable and donors can participate beyond giving in all our 11 locations across India.

Our health-related programme is also within the scope of Goal No. 3 of the 17 United Nations, ‘Sustainable Development Goals’ (SDG)

Here are different ways in which Companies can contribute towards our cause & partner with us.

Make-A-Wish Foundation of India fulfils the CSR mandates of companies, promoting health care including preventive health. We invest time to build relationships, understand the corporate priorities, strategies and constraints and are able to provide the necessary reports when necessary.

We have noticed from engagement with our corporate partners, that compassionate companies wish to do more than just writing out a cheque. Our wish granting days provide a meaningful opportunity for employees get the satisfaction engaging in meaningful volunteer and giving activities. They can be part of the Wish Day and hand out the wishes that the company has donated towards.

Corporate and employee payroll giving is a simple, organised, tax-effective and hassle-free process. Payroll giving provides a sustainable and reliable source of funding for NGOs, to continue their vital charitable work. At the same time, employees can decide how much and how often their contribution goes. Through payroll giving and employee engagement the company can take corporate social responsibility to a different and higher level.

Every year Make-A-Wish India grants over 8000 wishes

Right now, there are more than 2000 critically ill children waiting for a wish. You can give the gift of hope through the power of the wish gift. Write to us if your company wants to partner with us – [email protected]
