The Hub & Spoke Model

Make-A-Wish India follows the hub & spoke model. The hub is the main chapter location with an office. The spoke is an expanded location where we to reach children in the smaller communities. Program staff from the closest hub location monitor the spoke program on a frequent basis. Currently we have 11 chapters reaching out collectively to beneficiaries across remote areas of the country.
