We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Wish Manager to join our team in Mumbai and Chennai + Wish Coordinators in Pune and Hyderabad.
In this deeply rewarding role, you will be at the heart of the Wish Journey. You’ll connect with critically ill children and their families, understand the heartfelt wish that holds special meaning for them, and orchestrate the incredible process of bringing that wish to life.
What you’ll do:
🤝 Collaborate with hospitals, doctors, and volunteers to connect with eligible critically ill children.
❤️ Understand the unique story and emotional significance behind each child’s wish.
🌟 Plan and coordinate the wish-granting process, working with vendors, volunteers, and our team to create the magic of a wish-come-true.
📝 Ensure every detail is managed with care, documenting the journey and adhering to our guidelines.
🌱 Build strong relationships within the community and support our amazing volunteers.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with deep empathy and emotional intelligence to connect with children and families during challenging times.
An excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple wishes with care and precision.
Proficient with tools like MS Office (Excel, Word) and Salesforce (or eager to learn!).
A team player driven by a passion for bringing smiles and renewed hope to children across India.

The Wish Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end wish journey for children in their assigned city. This includes identifying wish children, understanding their wishes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the wish is granted smoothly and empathetically.
The Wish Coordinator supports the Wish Manager in executing the wish-granting process. This role involves administrative tasks, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring the smooth delivery of wishes.
