As per the international guidelines, the foundation will accept a referral only when it is certified by a medical professional that the child referred to us was suffering from a life threatening illness. Whether a particular illness is considered life threatening or not, is left completely at the discretion of the doctor treating the child. There is a list of life threatening illnesses. This list is to be used only as a guide.
